The Office’s Jenna Fischer Announces Engagement

NBC’s “The Office” star, Jenna Fischer, got engaged to writer Lee Kirk.
“The Office’s” Jenna Fischer recently announced her engagement to writer Lee Kirk. Fischer, who plays Pam Beasley on “The Office,” is engaged on-screen to Jim Halpert, played by John Krasinski. Off-screen, Fischer and Kirk got engaged June 30 while vacationing in Europe.
Fischer had a previous marriage of seven years to director James Gunn, which ended in July 2007 just 6 months before Fischer began dating Kirk. Interestingly enough, Kirk made an appearance in two episodes of “James Gunn’s PG Porn,” directed by -- you guessed it – Fischer’s ex-hubby, James Gunn. Fischer must have her stories straight because she and Kirk have been dating for a year and a half and even showed Kirk off on the red carpet at the Emmy Awards in September 2008 introducing him as “my super-cute boyfriend,” People reports.
No date set yet for the two, but I’m sure “Office” fans will be eager to hear news of it soon.
