Penelope Cruz Not a Fan of Marriage
Academy Award-winning actress Penelope Cruz acknowledged one of her biggest flaws in the August issue of Psychologies magazine: being too "motherly."
According to Cruz, she has a tendency to be overly maternal with those she is close to, including her siblings.
"My brother and sister are always complaining that I'm too protective," Cruz said.
Cruz, 35, told Psychologies that she looks forward to starting a family of her own someday, but not necessarily with a husband.
"I want to have babies one day but not right now. When I do it I want to do it really well. I want it to be my best project in life," Cruz said. "I don't know if I believe in marriage. I believe in family, love and children."
Most recently, Cruz provided her voice to the kid-friendly flick G-Force, in which she plays a gerbil spy. Disney's G-Force hits theaters July 31.
