Jim Carrey To Be A Grandpa

Actor and comedian Jim Carrey needs to brush up on his silly facial expressions if he wants to impress his first grandchild. According to RadarOnline.com Carrey's rocker daughter, Jane Carrey, is expecting her first child. And Grandpa Jim couldn't be more thrilled!

"I am very excited," Jim, 47, told RadarOnline. "Jane is going to be a great mom."

Jane, 21, is the front woman for her rock band, simply entitled the Jane Carrey Band. The band is expected to release their first full album later this year.

The baby's father is Jane's long-time boyfriend Alex Santana, who goes by the stage name "Nitro." Nitro also plays in a rock band of his own, Blood Money.

Jane is Jim Carrey's only child. Her mother is Carrey's first wife, Melissa Womer.

Jim Carrey will hit the big screen next in Robert Zemeckis' 3D film, "A Christmas Carol," which opens in theaters this November.
