ABC's Dramatic Success
Grey's Anatomy premiered strong on Sunday.
ABC's new drama "Grey's Anatomy" saw much success on Sunday when it premiered with an audience of 16.2 million viewers, and ranked number 11 in overall audience for the week ended March 27 according to Nielsen Media Research. "Anatomy" is one of ABC's three top dramas among young-adult audiences; the other two being "Desperate Housewives" and "Lost." While ABC has seen success in the drama department, its comedies have not done so well with the network seeing the cancellation of Mel Gibson-produced "Complete Savages."
The NCAA Tourney helped CBS win overall ratings this past week.
