Teen Buzz: Miley Cyrus: On Her New Clothing Line

Miley Cyrus, 16, is on the cover of the latest edition of Elle Magazine.

Among other things, she discussed her upcoming low-cost clothing line with designer Max Azria, in association with Wal-Mart.

"The jeans are my favorite part of the entire line," Cyrus reveals. "Because, like, literally this is going to be good for, like, Middle America, and it will be great for kids that really want to be in fashion but that don't have it available."

Cyrus's low-cost clothing line will be available in August 2009 at Wal-Marts around the world.
