Harry Potter Hates Homophobes
Daniel Radcliffe, the actor who plays Harry Potter, recently announced that he hates homophobia and any other type of prejudice.
According to dBTechno.com, Radcliffe explained that he had been raised around gay people, and was the only kid in his class that knew anything about it. He said that "I just loathe homophobia. It's just disgusting and animal and stupid and it's just thick people who can't get their heads around it and are just scared."
The "Harry Potter" star has also befriended a drag queen who calls himself Our Lady J. AHN reports that the two have eaten out together, been to parties, and have already become close friends.
Before you jump to any conclusions, Daniel Radcliffe is straight and is currently dating Laura O'Toole.
Radar Online reports that Radcliffe went into some detail about his political preferences, stating that he doesn't trust the current British Prime Minister and that he will be voting Liberal Democrat at the next election. He also apparently does not like the current Conservative leader David Cameron, saying that "David Cameron is barely distinguishable from Tony Blair."
