Lost at Comic-Con
ABC"S hit series, "Lost," was a big hit at this week's Comic-Con. The show managed to get the biggest ballroom in the place, according to Reuters, with fans camping out overnight for the show's presentation on Saturday.
While there were no videos of the upcoming season, executive producers of the show announced the return of some familiar faces. This includes characters such as Juliet Burke, played by Elizabeth Mitchell, and Daniel Faraday, played by Jeremy Davies.
Several other characters from season one will also be returning for the show's final season, and yes, it will be the last season, according to producers. Damon Lindelof, co-creator of the show, assured fans that there would be no spin-off of the show, and no lead to a movie.
"We can't deliver a sort of ending when it's like, 'Well, this could be the ending,'" says Lindelof, "This is our ending, and that's all I can say."
The presentation took place on front of 6,500 people, the New York Times reports.
The show took the time to acknowledge its wide fan base, dedicating the presentation to them. "This is not about getting people who have never seen the show before to watch it," said Carlton Cuse, executive producer, "this is about thanking the die-hard fans."
