LeAnn Rimes Speaks Up On Split With Dean Sheremet

Many friends of Leann Rimes and Dean Sheremet were saddened to hear the news that the couple broke up.

"Leann and Dean were pretty much inseparable here," a Nashville friend of the couple told People magazine.

People reported that the pair often went to the gym together, dined with friends, danced at nightclubs and even shopped for Rimes's wardrobe.

Sheremet, 28, has been credited with changing Rimes's country image into one of a sexy vixen. Another source close to the couple said, "Her wardrobe, hair and makeup changed almost over night from the time they started being together."

Just one day after the couple's split was announced, Rimes took the stage in Utah for the Deer Valley Music Festival and addressed the situation with her ex.

"It is inevitable that sometimes in a relationship you will have your heart broken," said Rimes.
