Drake Falls On Stage
Canadian rapper and singer Drake took a nasty fall Friday night while performing his hit song, "Best I Ever Had."
The rapper was on the "America's Most Wanted" tour at Susquehanna Bank Center in Camden, New Jersey. As the rapper was getting the crowd warmed up to the song, he ran across stage and fell. Stage-crew had to help the rapper off stage, with rapper Lil Wayne finishing off the show.
Drake apparently injured his knee beforehand, tearing his ACL, and was told by doctors he did not have the OK to perform onstage. However, he ignored doctors' orders, stating he put his fans and music first.
The rapper tweeted to his fans that "All is well," according to Access Hollywood, and that he will be undergoing surgery for his knee next week. However, the rapper told MTV if he tore his ACL once more, he may not be able to walk again.
He also gave fans a word of advice, "Don't tear your ACL
it's quite painful
who wants to bring me ice packs?"
