Star Wars Celebration III
Lucas gives fans a lot to look forward to.
George Lucas appeared at this years "Star Wars" Celebration III to the delight of about 9,000 fans that lined up at midnight the night before to see him. Lucas told the event's host, Jay Laga'aia, played Captain Typho in "Attack of the Clones" and "Revenge of the Sith," about upcoming production plans for Lucasfilm. Among things in development are two TV series, a 3-D computer animated series and a live action series that will feature some characters from the movies. Lucas also said that "The Young Indiana Jones" TV series that aired in the early 90s will be available on DVD soon.
