Elisabeth Hasselbeck Welcomes a Son
Elisabeth Hasselbeck, one of the co-hosts of ladies' talk show "The View," gave birth to a baby boy on Sunday named Isaiah Timothy.
Hasselbeck's husband, Tim Hasselbeck, said both Liz and the baby are doing fine. This is the third child for Hasselbeck and her husbandIsaiah has two siblings, Grace and Taylor, waiting at home.
Us Weekly reports that Hasselbeck originally announced her pregnancy on "The View" in January. The new mom even reported that she was unaware of her pregnancy for quite a while: "We were all thoroughly happy with the surprise of it. . . . I didn't even know for two months." She added that she thought her morning sickness was nerves from attending the new president's inauguration.
According to the Celebrity Baby Blog, Hasselbeck announced the happy news on a blog of ABC's Web site for "The View."
Little Isaiah weighed in at 7 pounds, 7 ounces.
