The 36-year old will undergo immediate treatment for the cancer, which is said to be in its early stages. It is uncertain if and when Minogue will continue her 20-concert tour, which she was set to be play in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide over the next month, but the star seems optimistic. "I was so looking forward to bringing the Showgirl tour to Australian audiences, and am sorry to have to disappoint my fans. Nevertheless, hopefully all will work out fine and I'll be back with you all again soon," she said in a statement.
