Nude tape of Eric Dane and wife Rebecca Grayheart

Grey's Anatomy hot doctor Eric Dane, his actress wife Rebecca Grayheart, and former Miss Teen USA in 2002 Kari Ann Peniche, who was stripped of her crown for posing for Playboy, appeared in an exclusive nude video. No one in the video was seen performing any sexual acts.

David Weintraub, Peniche's manager, says, "This is an unfortunate incident where someone stole some property, personal property, among three very good friends, they were very good friends when the tape was filmed a few years ago. I don't know if they're good friends now."

Dane went to court about the tape and won full custody of it. Now Dane and Grayheart are threatening to sue whoever put the video out on the Web yesterday.

Marty Singer, the attorney representing them, said the tape "is simply a private, consensual moment involving a married couple, shot several years ago, which was never intended to be seen by the public."
