Paula Abdul Could be Returning to "Idol"

Paula Abdul is thinking long and hard about returning to "American Idol." According to a source, the rumors that Abdul could be joining the judges panel on "Dancing with the Stars" made Fox rethink Abdul's value to the show.

However, Abdul is still adamant about not returning to the show unless she gets a huge pay increase.

"Paula isn't lowering her price in any meaningful way. She wants a Seacrest-level deal," the source says.

"American Idol" host Ryan Seacrest recently inked a deal for $45 million over three years. At the same time, "American Idol" Judge Simon Cowell signed a deal for $45 million per season.
