Get ready for a sequel to the comedy White Chicks.
Whether you loved the original movie or not, there were enough people out there who enjoyed it enough to have a sequel created. Marlon Wayans, Shawn Wayans, and their brother Keenen Ivory Wayans are teaming up again with Sony Pictures to develop a sequel to the 2004 film. The brothers are known for the creation of such films as the original Scary Movie film, Little Man, and Dance Flick.
Keenen Ivory Wayans will be directing the film while also writing the script with Marlon and Shawn Wayans. The storyline will be similar to the original film as Marlon and Shawn Wayans gear up to play FBI agents who are disguised undercover as white women.
The original film was a surprise hit, making approximately $70 million in the United States. No release date is set for the release of the sequel.
