Jonas Brother to Guest Judge on "American Idol"

As Paula Abdul exits the American Idol panel, guest judges are being cast in her place. So far, the latest to join the list is middle Jonas brother, Joe.

The 19-year-old singer confirmed to People magazine on Tuesday that he will be sitting next to Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson and Kara DioGuardi when the show heads to Dallas on Monday.

Among other stars to guest judge will be Mary J. Blige, Katy Perry and Shania Twain. While rumors swirled that original American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson would take part as a guest judge, a rep for the singer told Us Weekly that the singer will not be appearing on the show any time soon.

Jonas is currently on tour with his brothers promoting their latest album, "Lines, Vines and Trying Times." The brothers will soon be working on the sequel to their movie, "Camp Rock."
