Jackson's Doctor Most Likely to Face Manslaughter Charges

Dr. Conrad Murray, Michael Jackson's physician, will most likely face manslaughter charges.

Michael Jackson's personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, will be charged with manslaughter in the case of Jackson's death. Jana Winter of FoxNews.com reports that officials told Fox that Murray will most likely be arrested next week.

There is one more search warrant for a pharmacy in Los Angeles; police are waiting to obtain the information from this facility in hopes of gaining more evidence against Murray. Murray will not be the only physician convicted in relation to Jackson's death.

Dr. Arnold Klein, Jackson's long-time dermatologist, is facing medical malpractice charges. The Los Angeles County District Attorney's office denied the decision to charge the physicians and explained that the investigation is ongoing. Dr. Murray is currently residing in Houston, Texas, but there is question about whether the police will offer the chance for him to surrender in Los Angeles, which may change the charges from manslaughter to second degree murder.
