Michael Jackson's Doc to be Arrested?

Dr. Conrad Murray may or may not be arrested, according to conflicting reports.

Michael Jackson's personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, could be charged with manslaughter within the next two weeks, according to Fox News.

A law enforcement source said that Murray could be arrested as soon as next Wednesday but investigators are likely to execute one more search warrant at a Los Angeles pharmacy to build a stronger case against Murray. An arrest is expected the following week.

However, Jane Robison, spokeswoman for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office, denied that the physician will be arrested.

"Until police complete their investigation and bring it to our office, there is no way to know what charges may be filed and against whom," she said.

Alongside Murray, Fox reported that Jackson's longtime dermatologist Dr. Arnold Klein could be faced with charges related to medical malpractice. A case is still being built against Klein and he will likely not be arrested for another two weeks.

The L.A. District Attorney's Office also told Access Hollywood that Fox's report is "complete and totally false."
