Did Kourtney Always Want the Baby?

It turns out the decision to keep her future bundle of joy was not always a sure one. Kourtney Kardashian told PEOPLE that when she first learned that she was pregnant, she seriously considered the option of abortion.

"I definitely thought about it long and hard, about if I wanted to keep the baby or not, and I wasn't thinking about adoption," Kardashian told PEOPLE.

Scott Disick, Kardashian's ex-fiance and the father of the child, apparently always was for keeping the baby. Kardashian also told PEOPLE that upon receiving the news, Disick told her, "I really want you to keep it, but I will support you whatever you decide to do."

Ultimately, after researching about risks and stories of women who have been in the same predicament, Kardashian decided that she was indeed ready to be a mother.

"I felt in my body, this is meant to be. God does things for a reason, and I just felt like it was the right thing that was happening in my life."
