Lindsay Lohan is Outraged!

A deli Worker gives Lohan problems before she is able to get her phone back.

Lindsay Lohan goes ballistic after a deli worker, unaware of her fame, made her go through hell in order to retrieve her phone that she left in his little shop.

Lohan was so upset that she called the police to help her get her BlackBerry back. She left it on the counter of Mott Corner Deli on Kenmare Street after tossing a $5 bill at the worker for a 50-cent cup of ice.

Mohamed Hashan said he ran outside to find the owner after he noticed the phone on the counter at 7:15 Thursday. He saw Lohan get into the cab so he asked if the phone was hers. She responded with a "yes" and said Hashan replied with, "If this is your phone, then have one of your friends call it."

Lohan's stylist Patrick Aufdenkamp and an unidentified woman tried to call their pal's phone, but the call didn't go through apparently.

"Lohan started cursing at me. She then made a grab for her phone," Hashan said. She started "laughing, crying and yelling." Hashan told Lohan to follow him back inside to look at the security video. "She said, don't you know who I am?" he claims. "I told her no. I didn't care who she was."

The police gave Lohan her BlackBerry back after viewing the stored photos. "We appreciate New York City's Finest coming to Lindsay's rescue and assisting her in retrieving her BlackBerry," said Lohan's pal Mike Heller.
