Office Star John Krasinski Engaged

Both John Krasinski and Jim Halpert are about to walk down the aisle.


Akin to his on-screen character Jim Halpert in NBC's "The Office," John Krasinski is about to tie the knot.

Krasinski started dating "The Devil Wears Prada" actress Emily Blunt in November 2008, and his rep confirms their engagement, People reports.

"We can confirm that John and Emily are engaged," the rep said.

The couple has kept their relationship under the radar from the media, arriving separately at the 2009 SAG Awards in January and enjoying low-key dates around Los Angeles. They even went on a double date with Blunt's "Prada" co-star Anne Hathaway and her significant other Adam Shulman.

Before the couple started dating, Krasinski dated his "Office" co-star Rashida Jones. Blunt ended her three year relationship with Canadian crooner Michael Buble in July 2008.

"The Office" season premiere is Sept. 17, and Entertainment Weekly recently posted a photo of the show's upcoming Jim and Pam wedding.
