John Krasinski Engaged to Actress Emily Blunt

Wedding bells are ringing for John Krasinski and his television character Jim Halpert.

Krasinski's representative has confirmed that Krasinski is engaged to his actress girlfriend Emily Blunt.

Krasinski is best known for playing Jim Halpert on NBC's "The Office," and he also starred in the summer indie film "Away We Go." Krasinski's "Office" character is also set to marry Pam Beesly next season on the hit NBC show.

Blunt is well-known for her role in the 2006 film "The Devil Wears Prada," and she recently starred in "Sunshine Cleaning" and "The Young Victoria."

Krasinski and Blunt have been dating for a little less than a year but have for the most part managed to keep their relationship out of the spotlight.

Glamour magazine broke the news late last year that Krasinski and Blunt were dating and detailed the couple's recent romantic get-away.

An insider told Glamour, "John really cares for Emily ̶ he totally fawns over her. And she's loving the attention. She's a down-to-earth girl, but it's nice to be treated so well."

Krasinski previously dated "Office" costar Rashida Jones, and Blunt dated singer Michael Buble for three years.
