Radiohead Singer to Release 12-Inch Single

Limited edition vinyl includes "FeelingPulledApartbyHorses."

Thom Yorke, singer for the band Radiohead, announced Thursday morning that he and guitarist Jonny Greenwood will be releasing two songs on a limited edition 12-inch record.

Entertainment Weekly writes that the songs are redone versions of older Radiohead songs. They are "FeelingPulledApartbyHorses" and "The Hollow Earth."

Yorke describes the former as "a radical rework of an old tune that's been kicking around without a home since 2001." At the time it was called "The Reckoner," and was only played once in concert back in 2001.

According to Reuters, Yorke said that although "Hollow Earth" was featured on his 2006 solo album, "The Eraser," the song "needed a little more time."

The vinyl record will be released on Sept. 21, reports the L.A. Times. It can be found on the band's online store, "W.A.S.T.E," or in a good record store if, in the words of Yorke, "you are lucky enough to have one near you." It will include a free digital download of the songs, and paid downloads will be available on Oct. 6.
