Tila Tequila Battery Charge Over a Foursome?
Tila Tequila may be bisexual but that doesn't mean she's o.k. with sharing her man. According to Tequila, formally known as Tila Nguyen, became enraged when she caught her boyfriend, San Diego Chargers football player Shawne Merriman, in bed with two women. Things got even more heated when Merriman asked for her to join the threesome.
Tequila then apparently got so upset that she stated that she was going to have sex with a member of Merriman's entourage to get him jealous. She then reportedly stripped down and attempted to leave the Merriman's home. That is when the Chargers athlete "physically restrained" her. The MTV reality show star then called the cops on her unfaithful beau.
Merriman says that Tequila was fueled by more than just anger but alcohol as well, and he was only trying to keep her from hurting herself.
"I in no way caused any harm to Ms. Nguyen, however, paramedics were called and she was examined but no injuries were reported," Merriman's written statement said.
Well, now he faces two felonies for battery and false imprisonment as Tila Tequila met with San Diego District Attorney Thursday. Tequila says that Merriman allegedly "choked and physically restrained" her according to .
