Kate Gosselin Wants Her Own Talk Show
After an appearance on ABC's "The View," Kate Gosselin wants her own talk show. She told Entertainment Weekly, "There are no mom-centered talk shows. I think that would be a very comfortable thing for me." And, it looks like Gosselin's wishes might be granted. According to the New York Daily News, Telepictures is looking to develop a morning show inspired by "The View's" tone and setting. Gosselin would co-host the show with Food Network's Paula Dean.
It seems like an unlikely pairing. Reality TV mother of eight, Gosselin has little to no experience with hosting a talk show. She has starred on TLC's "John and Kate Plus 8" and had the opportunity to co-host "The View" this past Monday and Tuesday. But, Dean is a veteran of the TV industry. She already hosts three shows on the Food Network including "Paula's Home Cooking," "Paula's Party" and "Paula's Best Dishes."
Despite the buzz already surrounding the potential talk show, developments on a Kate Gosselin and Paula Dean morning show has yet to be confirmed or denied by Telepictures.
