Sum-41 singer pops questions to girlfriend Avril Lavigne
After faking her engagement on several occasions to throw off the media, it seems pop-punker Avril Lavigne will wed boyfriend and Sum-41 singer Deryck Whibley. The couple, who have been together over a year, have been friends for years and are both from the same province in Canada. Whibley popped the question while the pair was on tour in Europe. Though there is no news of a wedding date, publicists of Lavigne and Whibley have both confirmed the engagement to the press.
