Sarah Michelle Gellar Gave Birth

The former "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" star Sarah Michelle Gellar, 32, and Freddie Prinze, Jr., 33, are now proud parents of a baby girl. Miss Charlotte Grace Prinze was born on Saturday, Sept. 19. This is the couple's first child. Gellar and Prinze met on the set of "I Know What You Did Last Summer" back in 1997 and were married in 2002. The couple also starred in "Scooby-Doo" (2002) and "Scooby-Doo 2: Monster's Unleashed" (2004). Gellar actually changed her last name to Prinze in 2007 in honor of their fifth wedding anniversary. The couple had been hush-hush about the actual due date and less public about the pregnancy.

Fans of the actors can catch Freddie in the upcoming season of "24" while Mrs. Prinze will be in a new television series called "The Wonderful Maladys," about three orphaned adult siblings living in Gotham, premiering in 2010.
