Anna Nicole Smith's Doctors in Trouble, Lawyer Outraged

According to recently released affidavits, the doctors of Anna Nicole Smith not only allowed her to obtain a plethora of drugs, but also had sexual relations with her as well. Now the attorney of Smith's former doctor, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, says that she is outraged over the claims made against her client, according to the Associated Press.

The attorney, Ellyn Garafalo, said Tues. that Kapoor is an openly gay man and would never have a sexual relationship with Anna Nicole Smith. Garafalo believes that Kapoor had nothing to do with Smith's death back in 2007 and that he will be exonerated when the evidence is presented. She goes on to state that the images found of her client without a shirt on and Anna Nicole Smith are from a harmless gay pride party meeting.

Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, Smith's former psychiatrist, is also accused of prescribing what a pharmacist called "pharmaceutical suicide" and also had a sexual relationship with the late "Playboy" model. Photos were found of the two naked in a bathtub and caressing each other.

The two doctors, along with Smith's longtime boyfriend, Howard K. Stern, are facing up to five years in prison if found guilty of the charges of which they are accused.
