Dancing with the Stars' Eliminates First Dancers
Actor Ashley Hamilton, 34, son of former contestant George Hamilton, was the first male dancer to go. It was down to him and Michael Irvin, but in the end it was Hamilton's weak foxtrot that landed him the first ride home.
Hamilton's dance was so bland that judge Bruno Tonioli commented that he had "a total lack of showmanship."
As for the girls, Kathy Ireland ended up beating out raspy Grammy winner Macy Gray. Judge Carrie Ann Inaba said that her awkward Viennese waltz "was beautiful in it's own bizarre way." The 42-year-old singer gave an equally awkward interview after her elimination as well.
Surprisingly, Kelly Osborne, daughter of the prince of darkness Ozzy Osborne, is taking the lead after an ever-so-graceful Viennese waltz.
The episode also featured a tribute to "Dirty Dancing" star Patrick Swayze who recently passed away after a grueling battle with cancer.
