Gossip Girl Kelly Rutherford Obtains Restraining Order from Ex

Kelly Rutherford, 40, has filed for a temporary restraining order against her ex-husband, Daniel Giersch, 39. She claimed that Giersch's harassment has caused her nanny to quit and has caused her a great deal of stress.

Not only that, but the "Gossip Girl" mom says that the stress has caused her to dry up - literally.

"I believe that the stress Daniel has created for me is also negatively impacting my ability to produce milk," Rutherford told Extra.

Giersch must now stay at least 100 yards away from Rutherford as well as her home, vehicle, her mother and the nanny. The only time he is allowed to be in her presence is in "brief and peaceful contact as required for court-ordered visitation."

The divorced couple shares two children together; Hermes, 2, and Helena, 3 months.
