Jon and Kate battle again

The Jon and Kate drama seems to be never-ending. The latest headline about the estranged reality stars comes from MSNBC.com. According to the site, Jon Gosselin withdrew $200,000 from the couple's joint account without discussing it with his ex-wife, leaving her with only $1,000. This violates the Arbitration Award in the Gosselins divorce, which states that any significant amount withdrawn from the account must be approved by both spouses.

After going on several televised interviews claiming it was time for him to change and "be a man," this move from Jon only makes him look worse in the eyes of the public. Kate plans to take Jon to court over the matter, and has already hired a lawyer for the job.

According to E! online, the couple have a separate account for their eight children's funds which was thankfully left untouched.
