Nicole Richie Seeks Justice for Car Accident
Richie had been evolved in a fender bender after a photographer rear ended her car Monday. Apparently, she was hit pretty hard because the mother of two was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles right afterward. Now today, Richie wants justice.
The paparazzo, Eduardo Arrivebene, was arrested on the scene after he couldn't show proper proof of I.D. He was then later released on a $1,225 bail.
"Ms. Richie was driving with a passenger around 2 p.m. when she was struck by two photographers driving in one vehicle behind her
She complained of pain, and her passenger is transporting her to a local hospital. Her car sustained moderate damage. No paramedics were called to the scene." Beverly Hills Police Lt. Tony Lee tells People.
But, having Arrivebene spend time in jail is not enough for Nicole Richie. TMZ, reports that they spotted lawyer Tamar Arminak and private investigator to the stars Scott Ross arriving at Richie's home Tuesday. Ross has worked many famous cases, one of them being Chris Brown's.
Richie plans to sue the pants off of Arrivebene because she believes he hit her car to get a rouse out of her. This photog has no chance!
