Dina Lohan launches shoe line

It is true when they say that the apple really does not fall far from the tree, especially in the case of the Lohan clan. Dina Lohan, mother of "actress" Lindsay, and Long Island native announced that she will be launching a shoe line called "Shoe-Han."

Lindsay premiered her clothing line "love Lindsay" at this past Paris fashion show and it tanked according to critics, but that is not stopping mother Dina from creating her shoe line. The shoes will be sold through LoveMyShoes.com and will cost under $100. Dina said that because of these economic times she wants the shoes to be reasonably priced. LoveMyShoes.com is a designer women's shoe retailer with locations in Long Island and Queens.

Dina expressed her love for shoes to Newsday.com. Dina said, "I've always loved shoes…I think it stems from when I went to private school and had to wear a uniform; the only thing I could feel stylish about were my shoes."
