A Kimmel representative confirmed the rumors: Kimmel is dating one of his staff.
Last year comedian Jimmy Kimmel and Sarah Silverman called it quits. As it turns out, Kimmel wasted no time in moving on.
Molly McNearney, 31, is the replacement. McNearney has worked on Kimmel's ABC show since 2003. She began as assistant to the executive producer, began writing for the show in 2006, and was appointed co-writer in May of 2008, two months before Kimmel and Silverman broke up.
A representative of Kimmel confirmed the relationship.
