Michael Jackson’s new song is now available to listen to online.
On Monday at midnight, Michael Jackson’s new release “This is It” became available to stream at michaeljackson.com, according to the Chicago Tribune.
The new song is a demo of Jackson singing with a piano playing as accompaniment. The song is from an archive of around 100 unreleased songs by Jackson that will be filtered and released over the next few years.
The song lends its name as the title for the upcoming documentary that chronicles Jackson’s preparations for shows in London. The film will open Oct. 28 in select theaters, and a soundtrack of both hits and unreleased songs will be released on Oct. 27.
The song “This is It” is speculated to be from recording sessions for Jackson’s 1991 album “Dangerous.”
