Maks Steps in for Hough
Maksim Chmerkovskiy will sub for Derek Hough as he recovers from the flu.
Another Dancing with the Stars cast member has been sidelined. This time it's professional dancer Derek Hough. The 24-year-old tweeted on Thursday, "At the docs for 3 hrs today ... Had a temperature of 104 ... Had an IV in my arm for 2hrs ... Maks is steppin up for me helpin jo .." Maksim Chmerkovskiy will help train Hough's partner, model Joanna Krupa, for the three routines she is supposed to perform next week. There is no word on who will take the stage with Krupa on Monday or if Hough will be able to participate in the show's Michael Jackson tribute on Tuesday.
