Kardashian Loses $100K Worth of Jewelry in Burglary

Young reality show star Kourtney Kardashian's home was broken into Saturday evening, resulting in the loss of a wealth of expensive jewelry.

According to Radar Online, Kardashian was out to dinner in Las Vegas with her boyfriend, Scott Disick, celebrating Kim Kardashian's birthday, when the burglary occurred. They discovered the break-in when they returned home at 8:30 p.m.

Los Angeles County Sheriff Sgt. Kristy Criner informed People that about $108,000 in jewelry had been taken from Kourtney's home.

"That's what was discovered missing in the initial investigation," said Criner, "Sheriff's investigators and our crime lab are responding on the scene."

Among the missing items are a $30,000 Cartier watch and Disick's Rolex, writes New York Daily News. She also lost the vintage jewelry that her father, Robert, left her after he died.

Other celebrity victims of burglaries in the past 10 months include Lindsay Lohan, Rachel Bilson, Paris Hilton, Audrina Patridge, and Hayden Panettiere. A suspect in two of the break-ins was arrested last month.
