Celebrity Apprentice Cast Announced
Darryl Strawberry. Sharon Osborne. Sinbad.
What do these three and nine others have in common? According to TV Guide, they will all be appearing on the new season of the hit TV show, "Celebrity Apprentice."
Former U.S. senator Rod Blagojevich is also set to make an appearance on the show, but due to pending legal issues may not get that opportunity.
Blagojevich was impeached last year and is facing federal racketeering, extortion and fraud charges after trying to sell the seat vacated by President Obama. A federal court judge will decide on the case in the upcoming weeks.
A photo of the entire cast appeared in the New York Post, revealing the remaining participants.
They are: actress Holly Robinson Peete, wrestlers Goldberg and Maria Kanellis, Take Home Chef Curtis Stone, Singer Cyndi Lauper, Reality TV star Bret Michaels, Olympic swimmer Summer Sanders and writer/comedian Carol Leifer (the inspiration behind Seinfeld's Elaine).
Reuters reports that the contestants will be competing in an effort to raise money for the American Diabetes Association.
