Lohan seeks restraining order against father
When Michael Lohan announced in an interview that he wants to kidnap his daughter in order to keep her protected and safe, Lindsay did not take the comment lightly. And the comment did not stand alone. Michael also commented on a gossip Website x17, that he wanted to take his daughter "to an undisclosed location and get her straight."
Now the young star is seeking legal action against her father in the form of a restraining order. For his credit, he did show a change during a Newsday interview, explaining what he actually meant: that he'd like to force her into detox for her own good.
It does not, however, help that Dina Lohan made a public statement explaining that she does not appreciate her ex husband's public discussions involving her children.
For Lindsay's favor, Gary Melius, Oheka Castle owner, has offered to help the young women in recovery by allowing her to call Oheka homeuntil she is ready to move on.
