Man Charged with Lohan and Patridge Burglaries
Nicholas Frank Prugo, an 18-year-old native of Calabasas, CA, accused of breaking into Lindsay Lohan and Audrina Patridge's homes and nicking approximately $170,000 in jewelry and clothes has been formally charged.
Prugo was rung up on Tuesday on two felony counts of residential burglary, according to a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office.
Prugo was busted on Sep 17 for allegedly making off with $43,000 in jewelry and designer clothes from Partridge's home in February, and $128,000 worth of jewelry, designer clothes and accessories from Lohan's pad in August. In addition to the stolen items, Lohan's safe was actually removed from the wall.
The teenage robber was caught on surveillance cameras, and though he didn't act alone, no other arrests have been made at this time.
He is out now on $100,000 bail and scheduled to be arraigned on Nov 11, said Deputy District Attorney Kaarin Axelsen. If convicted of the charges, he could face up to six years in jail.
