Lindsay Lohan To Appear In Court Friday
Lindsay Lohan can't seem to shake the law. The actress was ordered to appear in court on Friday after reports surfaced that she violated the terms of her sentence.
Lohan was arrested in 2007 for drunk driving, reckless driving and driving under the influence of cocaine, according to abcnews.com.
She was sentenced to enter an 18-month alcohol education program, serve 10 days community service and spend 24 hours in jail. The violation relates to the alcohol education; officials representing the program expressed concern about Lohan to the court.
This has not been the best year for Lohan. Her L.A. home was burglarized back in August, and her debut fashion collection in Paris bombed. While appearing in the hit show "Ugly Betty" last year, her acting career in 2009 has been considerably less active.
The fate of Lohan's freedom now depends on Beverly Hills Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel, who requested her appearance for the routine hearing.
