For her part, Kate was ordered to itemize what she spent from the account, and has also complied. However, she was not ordered to pay any money back. If the impending $152,000 is not returned, the couple will return to court Monday to resolve the issue. It is uncertain if such a hearing will be necessary, since Jon's lawyers indicated the transaction should be completed very soon.
