Timberlake gets temporary restraining order.

2009 CFDA Fashion Awards - Inside

Seems like all Justin Timberlake fans aren't just tweens, twenty somethings, Andy Samberg and Jessica Biel. And we're not even sure about Jessica Biel these days. But one fan in particular, Karen J. McNeil, was getting a little too familiar with Timberlake's' residence, causing the singer to obtain a temporary restraining order on Friday.

McNeil, age 48, has been taking several cab rides to Timberlake's' home and showing up at his doorstep with all of her belongings. It is not known whether McNeil is homeless but during one such trip in the summer left a note which can only be described as disturbing and bizarre.

Evan Spiegel, Timberlake's attorney, describes McNeil as an obsessed stalker in court records and goes on to say she is "mentally unstable. Her actions have become much more alarming and her motivation and obsession have become more ominous, intrusive and threatening."

McNeil was taken to a nearby hospital for psychiatric evaluation but released after it was determined she was not a danger to herself and did not qualify for a mandatory hold otherwise known as being 5150'd.

Apparently McNeil has lightened her musical palette. In 1997 reports show she violated a restraining order obtained by none other than bipolar manic depressive Axl Rose.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge David Cunningham III granted Timberlake a temporary order and will consider a three year restraint at a Nov. 9 hearing.

Meanwhile Timberlake is growing out his naturally curly locks in preparation for his upcoming role in Aaron Sorkin's film "The Social Network."
