Lady Gaga Softens Zany Fashion for Beyonce

The madcap pop artist shares inside information about new video with Beyonce.

Many are being hush-hush about the new video for Beyonce's single "Video Phone," but Lady Gaga shared some insider information.

"When I was doing her video with her, she called me and she said, 'What do you want to do?'" Gaga explained in an interview with New York's Z100 radio station this morning, Oct. 27. "And I'm like, 'I don't want to show up in some frickin' hair bow and be fashion Gaga in your video.' I said, 'I want to do you.'"

Photos of the video shoot are surfacing on sites, such as PerezHilton.com. Gaga was seen wearing a white strapless leotard with matching opera gloves, and her hair is loose and flowing. Lady Gaga set her off-the-wall fashion sense aside and took on a more simple approach. In the same interview, Lady Gaga said, "I want to do my version of Beyonce, so the whole time I was learning the choreography they were calling me Gee-yoncé."

Gaga also mentioned she and Beyonce are working on music together; however, no additional details were given.

"We did collaborate recently (on the video), and we are collaborating on my album, as well."

Maybe fans will find some collaboration tracks on Lady Gaga's forthcoming expanded edition of her debut LP, The Fame: Monster, or her second album, which is still in the works.
