Adam Lambert Twitters His Defense
Feathered hair, catlike eyeliner, purple starry background and one glove, what year is it in Adam Lambert's world? The "American Idol" runner up channels a look from decades past to create his new album cover.
Now, he is getting tons of remarks for his choice of album cover for the new CD titled "For Your Entertainment," seen here.
"Thank you to those who appreciate and understand that the album cover is deliberately campy. It's an [h]omage to the past. It IS ridiculous." Lambert refuted on his Twitter page, "For those that don't get it: oh well... Glad to have gotten your attention."
Some people are concerned for his new songs rather the imagery though. Jenny Kobiela-Mondor, writer for fwdailynews.com stated the she was "nervous about Adam Lambert's upcoming album after hearing "Time for Miracles," his meh single for the movie 2012.'"
Whatever the case may be, Lambert is sure to bring glam back with a passion.
"Debut single is called For Your Entertainment' get ready to shake yo asses to this song. It'll make ya dance for sure. :)" Lambert last tweeted.
"For Your Entertainment" hits stores Nov. 22.
