Nicole Richie Seeks Restraining Order
Nicole Richie sought a restraining order against the paparazzo who struck her car, reported TMZ.
Earlier this month Richie's car was rear-ended by the paparazzo, who was later arrested for driving without a license and later released on bail, at the intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Cannon Drive in Beverly Hills.
Richie did not receive serious injuries and refused going to the E.R but instead said would visit her own doctor. Her two children; Sparrow and 2-year-old Harlow were not in the car at the time of the accident.
After the car crash, which Richie believed to be intentional, in plans of suing the paparazzi photographer she hired famed lawyer, Mark Geragos, to represent her.
Mark Geragos, Richie's lawyer, went to court on Friday seeking a restraining order against the paparazzo Edwardo Arrivebene. Geragos has in the past represented many celebrities; recently he defended Chris Brown in court.
