Jon Gosselin Breaks Up with Glassman, Late for Appearance
Jon Gosselin arrived late for his public appearance with reality show star Rabbi Shmuley Boteach after announcing that he and girlfriend Hailey Glassman had broken up.
Jon Gosselin was late for a public appearance after Gosselin and girlfriend Hailey Glassman announced that they have officially split.
Gosselin released a statement to Entertainment Tonight while Glassman chose to announce the news via Twitter.
Glassman had been complaining about Jon's "mantrums" and the unwanted attention brought on by dating the reality show star.
Gosselin, previous star of the TLC series "Jon & Kate Plus 8," was scheduled to appear with reality star and religious advisor Rabbi Shmuley Boteach. Boteach is the star of the reality show "Shalom in the Home."
Gosselin arrived a half hour late for his appearance with Rabbi Shmuley, and the admission fee was waived for the event's small audience.
Apparently, Gosselin was encouraged by Rabbi Shmuley to end the relationship with Glassman because Rabbi Shmuley said it is "unacceptable [for Jon] to be in a relationship when he is still married."
