After being rear-ended by two paparazzi in early October, Nicole Richie decided to take some action.
According to the LA Times, LA Superior Court Judge David S. Cunningham signed a temporary restraining order against Eduardo Arriveben and Ivon Miguel, requiring them to stay at least 100 feet away from Richie, her children, and her staff.
The Boston Herald reports that Richie claimed the two men harass her on a "daily basis" and is not only inconvenienced by the paparazzi, but she is afraid of another accident happening.
There will be a follow-up hearing on Nov. 16 to decide whether or not the restraining order will be made permanent.
