Rihanna discusses her relationship with Chris Brown in an exclusive interview with Diane Sawyer.

Chanel - Paris Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2010

Music superstar Rihanna will finally open up about her past relationship with R&B artist Chris Brown to Diane Sawyer in an exclusive interview on “Good Morning America” Thursday, Nov. 5 and Friday, Nov. 6 at 7 a.m. and on “20/20” on Nov. 6 at 10 p.m.

The assault occurred in February and resulted in a nasty breakup between the seemingly storybook couple. Brown, 20, was consequently sentenced to community labor, five years of probation and one year of domestic-violence counseling.

According to the ABC Web site, Rihanna, 22, will also talks about growing up in Barbados, her family life and how she has been doing over the last nine months.

Rihanna has recently released a new single, “Russian Roulette,” from her album R Rated, scheduled to release Nov. 23. Brown has also recently released his first solo effort since the assault: a music video for “Transform Ya” from his Graffiti album, set to release Dec. 15.
