Rihanna Speaks Out
On Thursday, November 5th, Rihanna will tell her side of the story for the first time since being assaulted nine months ago by former boyfriend Chris Brown, for which he was sentenced to 180 days of community labor, five years of probation, and one year of domestic violence counseling.
Rihanna is scheduled to appear on ABC's "Good Morning America" for an interview with Diane Sawyer this Thursday, with the extended interview appearing on "20/20" the following night.
Although Rihanna has remained tight-lipped about details concerning the attack, Brown has spoken out several times, and has publicly discussed the couple's breakup, as well.
Last month, Brown discussed his feelings for Rihanna during an interview in which he told New York Hot 97 DJ Angie Martinez, "Feelings are feelings and they don't go away overnight, especially if you sit down and be like, Look, I'm [going to] really be in this relationship with you, past whatever the case, past our busy schedules, past us being two of the biggest artists.' I really care about her."
I guess we will have to wait until Thursday to find out if she feels the same way about him.
Rihanna will release her new album, "Rated R," on the 23rd of November.
